We can pat ourselves on the back when the mission is done. The "common ground" strategy is best enjoyed after a victory on a sunny day. Our job here is to fix our industry. Jesus is the ultimate in finding common ground amongst humans and no man can compete with that. The common ground I seek ultimately is for BJ pilots to respect themselves as professional pilots who demand commensurate pay & rules.

When we're last in place at everything in a year or two (again), I'll simply resurrect all your excuses and use you as an example of what not to be.

What makes you think I have a blind anger for BJ? Oh yes... you read something then you project your own mindset. The only deception is the one given by BJ and the apologists/defeatists such as yourself. Your mindset is historically ineffective and a loser philosophy.
I work for the average pilot flying the line. I may wear a blue uniform but then again I've worn many, including real ones for king and country. It means nothing to me. I want to see this industry improved, not dragged down further by people like you who are insistent on lower standards and defending your employers. You too wear a blue uniform although I doubt your commitment is to actual improvement by the way you defend mediocre results and continued inferior choices.

No matter what anyone says, they will have the full information and be forced to reconsider any "decision" they've made IF this TA has the amazing unicorn language you guys are suggesting.
If the TA is AWESOME, nobody will vote NO just because they "decided" so based upon the bullet points, no matter what they say. Maybe Q, assuming he even has the right to vote. But, I'm pretty sure this AWESOME TA can survive one single Q NO vote.
