Growth. Straight from the Manager of Pilot Engagement and Development we're hiring for attrittion only this year. We're not losing many folks. We've got to park some of the NEOs meanwhile my friends that have left are 60 to 70% in base line holders, 18 hour long call with only a convertable short call. It's about maximizing time at home and with my family for me.

Do you commute, or live in a legacy base?

Makes sense. But we were never going to grow as we are in the middle of parking a fleet. It's temporary stagnation as the E190 goes away. I get what you're saying, but if you have a long career in front of you it will be just a blip.

I think JetBlue is feeling the same. I thing the original offer for NK was mostly defensive to prevent NK and F9. After this ruling, I think they feel like NK and F9 would also get denied, so the defensive motivation is gone. Now, B6 is better off on its own to avoid all the things you mentioned above. That’s how I see it at the moment.

What do you mean, "18 hour long call?"

Long call is 14 hours, unless I missed somewthing?

Open up a Chicago base, open the LAS base, order some 330's at a discount and expand further into Europe. Call it a day.
