I believe in the paperwork it says don’t sign/date that form till you get to Orlando for the interview. They have a notary present. And all of the forms need to be dated with your interview date. Make sure you pay close attention to the instructions.

Pay close attention to the instructions, don't rush through. They are expecting several paperwork on interview day. There is also a helpful checklist in the docs they sent in the email.

Sorry, new to the forum and just now taking a look at JetBlue. What's this funky test you guys are talking about?
I uploaded everything as a PDF in the supporting documents section. I don't think it showed it being messed up but I can't recall.
Resume
As they said before, its best to upload as PDF. The other option is to load information into their Resume builder. It is easier to scan and pickup keys words in that system.
Okay thanks for all the good info. I'll convert to pdf and try again. Fwiw, even dropping the resume into the window and editing it to perfection causes it to still be misaligned after "saving" the app.

Anyone been in stage 2 for over 3 months?
I interviewed in March, got the stage 2 email in the beginning of April. Since then I’ve sent in the required documents, have had to call GIS multiple times because when they need more information they will not let me know. I will have to contact them.
Did the drug test about 6 weeks ago and last week I sent in the DOT form (which I understand is the last step of the background check?).
I almost feel like giving up at this point, things just aren’t happening. I have friends interviewing at other airlines after me and are already in class.
