But the difference is nobody was really hiring much the first 6 months of this year. So the bulk of guys leaving is July onward. It’s mostly 0-3 year guys. I’m guessing we can expect to lose 10-15 maybe 20 a month for the foreseeable future, at least at the front side of this current wave at the big 3.

Anyone that interviewed 9/15-16 waiting on class-date? Just got my background check completed last Monday, haven’t received anything yet. Contacted the HR already. I guess I am on the old process while everyone else already got a classmate the week of interview.
