So has anyone ever had a scenario like mine? I interviewed over a month ago, was moved to phase two the same day and since then have heard nothing. I never got my drug test emails, or anything of the sort. I've emailed them multiple times, and the generic HR people say that a recruiter will eventually contact me but they're busy, The JetBlue pilot recruitment email people don't respond. My account still shows that I've been moved to phase two but I haven't heard anything official since. It's really odd. If I didn't make it through phase two that's fine I just like to know.

And if hiring continues as it has and as planned, it will definitely come down more. I'm predicting 5 to 6 years very soon. It's a stable place where control of your schedule is pretty incredible even when you're junior and great people.

Letters of Recommendation
(First time posting, so apologies in advance for possibly doing things wrong.)
I'm having a hard time getting 3 letters of reference from people I've actually flown with. (My fault for not more aggressively networking, I just never wanted people to wonder if I was being genuine with them if I'm asking them for something.)
I'm reaching out to the few people whose contact information I happened to get, but if I don't succeed in getting the letters or getting them in time for my interview, am I just SOL at Jet Blue? (This requirement doesn't seem to be an obstacle at other airlines, even legacies.)
Thanks in advance.

just ask anyone you have flown with. No one cares that you haven’t talked to them in years— they know the game and get it. Just ask… as long as you weren’t “that guy” you will be fine
no one will be offended.
