The next class was just over 20 (with a similar split between bus/190) and then it dropped off to 10-14 pilots per class for the remainder of the year. There weren't a lot of E190 slots showing in the newhire classes (maybe 20-30 E190 slots total for the remainder of the year).

To add to that, the most recent class on 5/27 was supposed to be 10 A320 and 10 E190, but it wound up being all A320 slots in JFK/BOS.
That's a pretty big class, I didn't think that many would be possible in a class. So what I've gathered, you'll have indoc classroom style then you pretty much are on CBT's after that and sims. Is that correct?

Pretty much. Since it is a large class the A320 guys will be split in half. Some will go straight into CBTs and the others will have 2weeks off to study at home before they go to CBTs. This is to reduce the instructor/sim overload.

If you have 2 wks off, do you still keep your hotel room or do they make you check out?

I believe the people in our class that did it checked out and were booked travel home. Don't quote me on that, I do remember there was some question about all that. If you have a two or three day break they'll keep your room, and you're in cass from day three I think.

If you get the break you will lose your hotel room.

You will lose it. I drove, so I'm hoping they'll spot me the night when we're done with indoc. If not, meh, I'll spring for it. Not a big deal.

Rightfully so, why would you need it? It would be a waste of the company's money. I am sure if you wanted an extra day or so in Orlando to study or whatever, OSC would work with you. Just ask.

They give you the night you finish to pack up. You check out the morning after. Same goes for the breaks.

I haven't heard. On the last day of indoc, there is a leadership briefing. If there's anything of interest I'll post it when I get home. Very impressed so far. Very different attitude here. In a good way.
