Very different competitive numbers for civilian vs military Slop. Do you have Stan/Eval, IP/EP, Safety Officer or any of those things? You're way closer to the target than a civilian guy with 4K and no TPIC. (No value judgement, just the way things are. I'm a civvy married to a former AF heavy driver)

I think you have a shot. I have similar time so I'll let you know if I get a call and vise versa. I'm 3200TT, 0TPIC, E190 PIC type, 2 internals and currently on the A320 at a major/LCC.

lol, I'm just passing on my experience.
I went and met them at a ERAU Career Expo in DAB. Walked right in and asked for a guest pass and was handed to me no questions asked. I felt I had a great pitch (family in BOS and MCO and intended to move to the former and never commute) and could answer any question he asked me (5 core values, bases, etc). That was about three weeks ago. A week after I followed up with the recruiter I spoke to via email and he told me that "you got my vote so you should receive a call."
Moral of the story: well, it aint finished yet so I have no idea. That said, having a genuine interest in the airline and really wanting to work there, paired with taking the time to go find a recruiter may make up for having a "meh" resume.
We'll see.
Edit: Also, what aewanabe said. You're probably closer to the mark than I am. I'm well aware that if I hadn't gone and met them and pulled that off well that I'd probably never get called.

I have about 7300 total 1300 pic 700tpic one internal. I went to ERAU career fair last Oct. and had a great conversation with a recruit who took my resume and wrote on it. He said to expect a call in the next window. I have heard nothing. Applied the last 4 Windows. People are getting hired with a lot less time and no tpic from my airline. I am a little tired and disappointed I can not get an interview. Hopefully you have better luck than me
If that's the case, it definitely works in my favor, and perhaps not so much in yours. Who knows.....

Ok, so now I'm confused. After receiving the "attendance confirmed" email on Oct 23, I received an email today that says I've been added to the "standby list" for the Vets in Blue Expo. I've never attended before, so hopefully the first email is the correct one.
Has anyone else run into this issue?

I'm starting to wonder if the HR peeps at everyone except for the Legacies, FedEx, UPS, etc, are looking for people who may not have the quals to move on to the Legacies, FedEx, UPS, etc, in this current hiring environment, and hoping that when the time comes when they could get a call they'd have enough seniority at their LCC, etc, of choice to not make the move.

Which puts us in a position of being overqualified for the LCC's but under-qualified for the Legacies. I recently just upgraded at my regional, and did as much as I could to get a call from jetBlue as a First Officer who grew up in MA. Looks like I might have missed my chance.
I'm also upgrading soon here at my own shop, so I can relate to that aspect as well.
Did you make it to any job fairs? NGPA is in January and WIA is in March. It's never too late I guess.

There's other aspects to being qualified than flight time. For example, I don't have a degree. My own damn fault, but those are the cards I've left myself.

I did a few years ago, but then I wasn't very competitive. I'm going to try and bid around WIA and OBAP next year and hope for the best. Just hoping the rumors that I hear that they don't like Captains because of their perceived risk of bailing is false. Would really love the opportunity.
