Unless you know what domiciles they’ll stick these A220’s and how they’ll be dispersed at each base, any prediction is a wild guess. JFK going junior is an educated guess, since it has always gone junior for obvious reasons. Maybe they might stick the A220 in BOS, FLL and MCO and Kennedy will be A320 only. Or maybe they place the majority of the A220’s in FLL for some S.America expansion...who knows at this point.

Agreed ALPA helped and did correct that market (for you) via our new CBA that you adamantly are against.

I am not trying to be a jerk? Please correct me if I am wrong?
You are wrong. It wasn't. Also it was growing. Also, no one else was hiring. Also Warren Christie fed me a bunch of lies directly to my face about this place.

With all due respect ladies/gents Jetblue still boasts the worst health insurance with the highest premiums, vacation that can’t/won’t be implemented because of staffing. Speaking of staffing, the airline is so short pilots each day RSA’s are published to cover the operation. Speaking of the operation, it’s so incredibly dysfunctional the rudderless ship has become a meme. Shall I continue?

Jetblue is not on par with the majors/legacies and anyone who is happy solely because of their QOL has their head buried so far in the sand is poking out in China. Every one should be concerned about how this airline is/isn’t run. It’s dysfunctional on a clear blue day let alone weather and thought out it all, the only consistency, the only real, intangible idea is CULTURE. Everyday culture.

Jetblue is a cult entwined with a marketing company spiraling downward. But again, If you have some seniority your QOL its fine whilst the building blocks of the airline are crumbling amidst us all.

The mentality of most at this airline is why the airlines is the way it is. Ignorance is bliss does not do this pilot group justice. Truly amazing how indifferent to reality some of you are.

So should you come to jetbkue? This industry will use you and spit you out so you treat each airline the same. Leave your entry level position and take this one. It is a step up but the top or even the middle step it is not. Training is designed to ingrain culture but once you leave the school house reality quickly sets in. It’s often too late at that point.

I don’t disagree with a lot of that, however, how can you say we have the worst healthcare when the comparisons show that it just isn’t true? It does suck, but according to the comparison guide that is true just about everywhere and we are better than most.

It wouldn’t surprise me if we kept the 30 we own. Budweiser is about the only place I could see interested in them.

When you compare out of pocket expense, plan choices, out of pockets expense it’s clealry among the lowest if not the lowest. Don’t let all the charts fool anyone. According to the charts our pay and vacation are industry standard or higher even though the schedules were gutted and the vacation can’t work based on current staffing.
Look, I’m not trying to trash the airline just because but to balance out the “jetblue is awesome crowd”.

A great living comparing to whom? A regional pilot? Surely, not as great of a living as Legacy pilot.

Do you know what people with normal jobs have to do to make $300k?
