I think many, like my self, have applied to many windows with no success. We have the process down. It is certainly discouraging seeing less qualified people than myself getting the interview. I'm not sure if I will continue to apply. At this point, I may hold out for one of the legacies. The longer it takes, the less likely I am willing to go for JB and the job would require a commute

They just picked up a pilot who not only had zero PIC turbine, but had zero turbine at all. Some kind of agreement between JB and "a university" and Cape Air.
Trying to stay positive but truth is that I will apply one time, and then I too will move on.

Please do that for every airline. Don't go to job fairs either. You'll leave room for those who actually try to get hired.

Regardless what we can think of the Gateway Programs, you just proved you don't know anything about JetBlue. Don't even bother.

This is true. 15 Cape captains went over to jetBlue after two years with Cape Air through the pass through program while others bailed for regionals.

Really? You expect to apply once, without any extra effort, and expect to get hired here? Is this your plan for other airlines as well? If so, I think you will be at a regional for longer than you think......
