Overall looks fine to me. Glad to see the FLICA ladies of the night being potentially addressed.

I don’t think I see the flica stuff? It appears to me it’s just make upgrades to flica? Maybe I’m not understanding that part

I believe this part is to foil the Bot boys and FLICA refreshers:

"Pairing-specific waiting room."

does the waiting room only happen one time? Whatever’s it’s called, FCFS?

I don't KNOW for sure, but what I would envision is when a pairing is dropped from CS to FLICA it will first go to a newly created holding window (pairing-specific waiting room) where it will sit for a set time, maybe 5 mins, while it generates an alert to all pilots who have set up an alert.

Then, when the timer for that pairing hits zero, it will drop into FCFS.

It would be like the opening seconds of the monthly FCFS but it will happen continuously for each new pairing dropped to FLICA.

Still FCFS, doesn't require a contract change, and foils the Bot boys and FLICA refreshers who get pairings before the rest of the world ever knew they existed.

Yes... It's the transparency and equal opportunity we never had.

If what I said above is what's happening.

I don’t go on there, but I can’t see anything on this AIP that would compel someone to say NO straight away.

Some arguments that the exto can be withdrawn whenever flying picks up and we're saving their AA agreement for not much else in return. Some fair points on BP. And plenty of NOs.
Let's see the terms.

The details of scope relief will determine whether this is a yes or no. The bennies are nice to have but nothing game changing. The lack of profit sharing changes in particular is galling. I couldn't say if I like it until I read the actual agreement. But if it permanently weakens scope, vs a waiver only because of the pandemic downturn, it means a hard no.
