Don't hyper focus on whatever percentage the COLA raise is. Instead focus on the scope language that protects our jobs. A five, ten, twenty percent raise doesn't mean jack if we can't depend on having a quality job five, ten, or twenty years down the road.
The company has shown what little regard they have for our CBA. Early openers for CBA 2.0 aren't until next year, but negotiations have effectively begun. We know the company's opening position now. Act accordingly.

This is how little the company thinks of your contract.
They could’ve chosen to implement the parts of the NEA allowed under loa 12 but they decided to ignore your vote and scope and move forward with blatantly violating your contract.
Even if you voted yes this should make your furious.
