He’s the one the MEC negotiated with. He’s the one who took credit for it on all the pocket sessions. He’s the one who said he “owned it” at the event in Orlando.
In any event the American deal is still a **** deal for us, the network and schedule still suck, and the fleet plan still sucks. He was responsible for all of that.

The mec officers bungled this horribly half a year ago with the A220 service entry and giving a big thumbs up to in-base layovers.
Good luck to B6 pilots under Section 6 with their current alpa leader.

A couple of scheduling committee guys are now going to play computer while the company says “no thanks” each and every month because the company pairing sets with in-base layovers are always cheaper?

Section 25.A.1 and Section 25.A.7 all spell out what ALPA should have been holding to the company too. To think that this MOU is some sort of win is mind blowing.
Good luck to the SSC building pairings (which should have happened since the CBA was signed) that will be cheaper, more productive and add to QOL of the pilot group.

Extracting as much economic goodwill out of a company and its workforce as possible. Harvard business school is where non sociopaths are turned into sociopaths. They pretty much train you too not look at people as people, but as objects to trick into working for as little as possible, while giving the customers as little as possible as well.
Elon Musk has famously come out against them as they don't really create value. They transfer value from the customers and employees into thier own hands and usually kill the brand in the process.

Harvard MBAs are good at one thing and one thing only.
