The thing that concerns me the most is just reading this list.
JetBlue | Leadership
While higher than normal attrition at all levels is concerning (especially the one guy who seemed to be steering this ship, taking a demotion to go to the biggest competitor in NY/BOS, with zero notice), we just don’t attract that many pipe-hitters in management, imo.
I will say though, I was sad to see MSG go, didn’t know anything about Scott, and I ended up liking Scott better, both from a personal standpoint from my interactions with both, as well as his aggressiveness and vision. I hear Dave is good too, so I’m hopeful he can successfully work as a direct report to JG and do well with the network.

MSG was a big one, and Mike Elliott didn’t retire. He’s EVP/CPO at a small college in Albany I’ve never heard of. Eash, though I can’t comment on if he was that good. There’s been a ton of turnover in mid-level management as well. Really at all levels. In one (or two?) of the pocket sessions it was asked multiple times if it was a concern and it was finally addressed, and they blamed it on “the great resignation” and basically that they can’t afford to boost compensation right now but that they were a little concerned about it. This was pre Scott-To-Delta…I don’t think that was a compensation issue though. Something happened there.

“As of September 30, 2021, we operated a fleet of 130 Airbus A320 aircraft, 63 Airbus A321 aircraft, 21 Airbus A321neo aircraft, six Airbus A220 aircraft, and 60 Embraer E190 aircraft.
Of our fleet, 216 are owned by us, 62 are leased under operating leases, and two are leased under finance leases.”
Aircraft Obligations (Sept 30, 2021)
Remainder 2021 0 A321neo + 2 A220
2022 3 A321neo + 9 A220
2023 11 A321neo + 18 A220
2024 13 A321neo + 22 A220
2025 11 A321neo + 12 A220
2026 12 A321neo + 1 A220
2027 14 A321neo
Other interesting paragraph:
“In October 2019, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative announced a 10% tariff on new commercial aircraft and related parts imported from certain European Union member states, which include aircraft and other parts we are already contractually obligated to purchase, including those noted above. The U.S. Trade Representative increased the tariff to 15% effective in March 2020. In March 2021, the U.S. Trade Representative announced a four-month suspension of the tariff which was followed by an announcement in June 2021 that the suspension will be extended for five years. We continue to work with our business partners, including Airbus, to evaluate the potential financial and operational impact on our future aircraft deliveries, including once the suspension is lifted. The continued imposition of the tariff could substantially increase the cost of new Airbus aircraft and parts.”

It's baffling that the same person who has driven away so much of upper management AND is responsible for and oversees the laughably bad operations at B6 hasn't been asked for her resignation by the board.

Operation comments ok, but who’s been driven away? Scott took the money and less responsibility for QOL. Steve (who didnt work for Joanna) took the money at ebay. Mike (who didnt work for joanne) retired.

I may have missed this, but where exactly was this reported? It takes a suspension of disbelief to imagine someone with greater corporate ambitions and a resume indicating such would take a role with less responsibility, power and CV cachet.
In addition, you don't need work for someone to be driven away. Working with someone with an unfortunate combination of gross incompetence and hostility can make one look for opportunities elsewhere.
