Somethings up- almost like theyre trying to appease us so they can drag out a CBA and avoid real work rule changes and appropriate compensation. I trust them less and less. This will put a TA years away.

Going to be honest, I didn't read the FAQ. I made the assumption that since we are in negotiations it wasn't to be. I'll keep my mouth shut until I see the amount of the raise.

It'll be garbage- Anything they "give" us is peanuts compared to what we need. They repeated the tactic of giving with one hand while taking with the other.

Would rather take the 8% now and build off that since we have no idea how long a TA could take. Raises the bar on base pay and expect a future contract to raise it higher. It's not like we will get some kind of retro pay...

Its what Republic Airways tried during negotiations and the teamsters blocked it. Regional move it seems
