Delta and United's pilot contracts don't even reach the issue as far as I can find.
You are on crack. If DAL tried to force their pilots to clean there would be blood in the streets. Industry standard. Every section. Period.

dude, get past the cleaning, it's not part of the contract. cast your vote now.

focus on something you actually need to. you do not have to clean. this has been addressed so many times. use the words in the pass travel guide to your advantage. just like the fatigue guide, The FOM and other books that guide you through this industry. just do SOP. what they "tell you" may not be what the book says. SOP simple. done. end.

christ all mighty.

So true. Summer abuse for the reserves. All of us working our tails off (not me) through the summer at the worst rates among our peers.

Glad we have a AIP, but pull the pom poms out of your a$$ guys.

Their contracts are on the internet, go find it and give me a citation, I may have missed it.

But the reality is Delta pilots pay $50 per year per pass traveler to non rev. We clean. Not sure what United is doing as far as fees go.

I'd rather pay a fee, personally, but I don't write the book.

Well said. All the texts that say “congrats” from my peers, and smiley emojis from fellow Pilots here, don’t mean squat, until things are signed and implementend. Summer is going to suck. The company timed this pretty good.

They do NOT pay 50 per year anymore.

They did for some, but personally my good-will is UNAVAILABLE until my new pay rate is IN EFFECT.

I can tell you what these clowns will vote yes to since delta and United and AA (industry standard) have it. It’s called regional flying. Vote no to cleaning and yes to Skywest.
