Go to hotelexpress.com. It'll bring up a page that says something about not available for the public. Click the banner at the top and it will bring you to the login page for the site. This is API's website. They are the ones who book all of our hotels. Click on the first time user tab and set it up. My login is the same username as other JetBlue sites, first initial, last name initial, and employee number (AB12345). Password has been the same for years so that must get set up in the first time user menu.

No joy for me. Tried all JB passwords I've had. Tried the forgot password link using my JetBlue emails and had no luck. Assuming there's no registration required?

He said click on first time users. So I guess that's registration.

I did, and get this...

Gotcha. Wasn't trying to be rude. Just trying to clarify. 👍

Did you try using your username under the forgot password link instead of email? Don't put @jetblue.com after it. I signed up 3.5 years ago so I can't remember the details. Try emailing [email protected] and see what they say.

I had no clue what mine was anymore. I clicked on the forgot my password and put my login (XX12345). It emailed my password to my jetblue account. If that does not work then yes you probably need to contact API. Good luck.

It looks like LGB is officially toast for international flights.

No support from the community? Time to dump LGB, I'm sure there are some other SoCal cities (LAX, SAN, SNA?) that would work with JB.

Waiting for next system bid with LGB reductions....
