Most if last year it was 6 dollars less an hour less than Delta and 2% retirement, since my seniority is way better than someone that got hired there give take five years, yes my W2 is better. Some of you need to wake up.

Now I know it's outrageous that someone got a new contact 4 months ago and we don't have ours yet. That must mean this is the worst place to work ever. It's worse right now, hasn't always been, and won't always be. Can you just chill out with the negativity. Or just leave. Your really not helping things.

Objectively, yes your W2. If you worked as hard at DAL, your W2 would be larger. That is basic algebra.

You are so far off it's not even funny. I don't have the time to pick apart your ignorant post tonight, but I'll start with your retirement assertion. Delta pilots last year received 15% contribution to their 401(k). How much did you get? 3%. 15 minus 3 does not equal 2. IF you contributed 5% you got a 5% match, and 5% of your profit sharing was double counted as a retirement contribution. So if you want to do blue math, you got an 8% contribution, which is still 7% short. Combine that with rates that lag even Delta's previous concessionary contract, and your argument is so pathetically off base I won't waste any more of my Monday night correcting you.

-a decrease in E190 flying that is equivalent to 2.4 airplanes.

Put this against the typical increase in summer flying, and these numbers don't seem to have with what's been publicly announced. Thoughts?

When do the Airbus deliveries start?

Just curious on the timing of our TA at HA and the perceived 'shortage ' there and how they could be connected? It's a common question, what was the motivation for the company to negotiate now?

Our first three A321 neos are well behind schedule now planned for October/November instead of May/June. Not only did the original bid not get canceled they just put out one with 30 more CA slots. For........ you guessed it, planes that aren't here. But due in 2018.

You wanted VX. Maybe it's HA now? 2.6B market cap.
We have 16 firm and 9 options with already added leases to increase the fleet size just like what happened to the A330.

Anyway, fodder for the brain.
Who knows.

If you guys get a garbage TA, burn it to the ground.
Your NAI supporting management deserves it.

I don't think our union will agree to anything that is less than industry standard/good, so I don't think we will ever get a garbage TA. Mediation and a strike effort will occur before they agree to anything less than good, at least in my opinion.

That's the only way guys will finally be able to be happy. Seriously, if your never going to be happy at this ****ty company then just leave. Everyone is hiring, please just go.
I know very little about you, or how long you have been in this industry, but you seem really upset that other pilots aren't happy. If you are happy at Jetblue, good for you. I mean that. It is a great thing to love where you work. That said, you need to be prepared that the guy (gal) sitting next to you has given up on Jetblue and is trying their best to leave. They may not think working here is great and they may not be willing to help out the company in any way, shape or form.

For me, I've become increasingly dissapointed with the ELT here..... to the point that i now question the future of Jetblue.I always planned on being a Jetblue pilot for life. Never updated my logbooks etc. Over thd last month (culminating with yesturdays bid with 3 upgrades through Sept. 1) I've decided that I cannot hang my hat here. I hope I'm wrong and Jetblue will succeed and be a better place to work than DL,UA, or AA. You wont see my ***** about the company, or be rude or be Negative. You wont see me picking up VDA/ RSA or flying more than 75hrs this summer. I'm going to be spending my free time going to job fairs, updating my logbook and enjoying my time off.
