I never understand how lawyers cannot discredit anonymous internet posts. That would be like creating a screen name "OJ JUICE" and posting "I did it, fyi" on a forum and then police coming in and saying ... see he said so.
What's stopping someone from creating a screen name "Spirit Management" and just typing random sh*t about pilots, then ALPA turning around and saying look at all this great evidence we have.

Yeah. Good thing I always use a vpn. Anyway, posting my personal belief that open time pickup hurts us is not illegal. ALPA can't, I can.
On a side note, Spirit has cancelled a bunch of flying and is sueing ALPA. Wanna bet on who has a better contract sooner?

They're going to get one sooner. Why? Because they won't be able to staff the airline going forward. Suing the pilot group doesn't exactly attract talent. Their moronic managment is too damn greedy to see past the $$.

No, you actually cannot. That's the point. It is illegal to incite a job action, regardless of your status as an ALPA rep or not. Go look on the Spirit forum. Their ALPA leadership is practically begging the group to stop what they are doing.

I think pilots picking up RSAs hurt us, but I don't tell people what to do.
If Spirit ends up getting a CBA before the us you JB apologizers will have some explaining to do.
