Does that mean the JDTour is cancelled this year? Well at least the touring staff can go back to work in crew services, dispatch, or crew planning and make a difference.

p.s. for the subpoena , I actually don't know if the above work groups do the tour

Removed the trigger I think is the correct line. They love to promote the award when they get it for free, but there was nothing in Robin's letter that indicates that he knows they F'd up or intend to course correct! JB under invests in it's people. The winner Southwest, heavily invests in it's people.

JB won't course correct because it will cost money. That's why he didn't even hint at trying to win it back next year.

This. I don't think this was a surprise. I get the feeling the ELT is going to milk all the economic good will out of this place, then sell the husk.
