I've explained my position before, and I'm done trying to get you to understand.
As several on here have shown, you are wrong about the contract progress. When even the P2P guys think you're full of crap, maybe you should start listening. I form my opinions from taking directly to the ALPA guys, not from you.

They are also just pilots and some pilots are easily lulled into the impression the company wants to get this done, coincidentally right before they need us to row the boat full steam during the summer low-staffed peak. Too many seem to not be able to see around corners and assume that progress now=continued progress until early completion.
I know JetBlue's history and it doesn't support continued progress to an early completion of a product we deserve. I prefer to at least try and see around corners.
Hope I'm wrong.

In the USAPA example it took almost 6 months to receive a "order' or letter from the court to say 'stop it'. No fine. Same with UALPA a few years earlier.
Basically the stories of fines are overblown. United for example the worst it got for ALPA was it was first told to tell its member to stop it. When that did not work then ALPA had to send a letter the judge wrote to it members telling them to stop it again. The fine? ALPA had to pay for postage?
Bottom line there is a process and this process can take months and months and months and months and the "penalty" goes up and up and up starting from ALPA sending a letter (OMG Ouch!) to the judge sending a letter (OHG double ouch!) before any monetary penalty.
The APA example is a different subject and I think every pilot would have done the same if their company acquired another company to outsource your current flying to them. Hurry for the APA in those circumstance. I guess some poster would have simply rolled over and let RENO grow with APA shrank to avoid a 'fine' Better to lose your career earings than pay a one time fine!

Saw this over on BP, checked the bid pack and sure enough... layovers scheduled at the Comfort Suites Fort Lauderdale.
JB has decided it's acceptable to place crews in a 2-star hotel. That is what they think of us.
Stuff like this shows that JetBlue is a regional airline with Airbuses.
