It was a shocker to say the least at the disparity in hotels at Jetblue from my former regional. At least hotel standards has been TA'd.....Lets just hope it's industry standard.

We have some really nice hotels (Atlantis in NAS) and we have some real sh!tty ones (too many).

Looking forward to a hotel committee with real input and a CBA to improve them.

They thought this was acceptable.

The shocker came when I would have a +15 hour layover with Jetblue, in a city that i've stayed in before. I would be looking forward to certain spots or things to do downtown in the city. Only to find out, when the van hits the brakes at a hotel literally 5 min from the airport, that this is in fact our hotel for a long stay.
