re-run, re-evaluate, re-analyze ... pick whatever verb you think is appropriate...
Per the email from the union, a number of guys were forced into reserve that would have gotten lines had the added Jun segments been included.
“for those pilots who bid a line but were forced onto Reserve as a result of the violation .... It will take a few days for the remedy to be processed and for pilots improperly denied a line to be notified”
Its been a little more than a few days so I was wondering the results have been determined and if anyone has been notified.

If you look at the bid awards for June, basically anyone who wanted LCR got it. In NY on the 190 CA the bidding plug (ie not on a VIL) got it. In other BES I looked at the worst I saw who got SCR was the bottom 3-5 bidding pilots. I’d be shocked if any of these people would have gotten LCR if they reran it...there’d be more trips and a higher SCR requirement. Also, we weren’t even close to the 25.R.1.b.i 30% of reserves being SCR. Guessing the “iii” section allowed more LCR lines and fewer SCR requirements, and with more block hours of a re-run the number of SCRs would likely have been at least the same, or likely increased.

Jmo but most of not all of our issues with scheduling come from one VP. Contract violations, QOL problems, and cost the company millions in inefficiency. How he’s still here is beyond me.
