LAWL first amendment rights. This is the corporate states of america. It's their word over yours. The laws are designed to protect them against you, not the other way around. Enter the RLA. Don't think for a second that a judge wouldn't order these forums to turn over user info. Not saying it would get to that point.

Now whether or not suing a pilot group in a time of a pilot shortage is a good idea, that's a whole different argument. Great way to shoot yourself in the foot right there.

We're talking Spirit and pilots creating a website, not you.

You've got a straw man argument. The company violating status quo doesn't then allow you to create websites intimidating pilots to not do trips that you don't approve of. Why not reach out to the ALPA lawyer and see what he thinks?

Were you subpoenaed by ALPA for union busting?

I said let's NOT set up a website. I am allowed to advocate my personal opinion though. Sorry if you don't like it.

Holy crap.

Me and the other guy were talking Spirit. Spirit's website. You come along and start talking about your first amendment rights. Great. You have them. That's not what we're talking about.

Pages 12-14 of the Spirit lawsuit have APC posts quoted as evidence:

I never understand how lawyers cannot discredit anonymous internet posts. That would be like creating a screen name "OJ JUICE" and posting "I did it, fyi" on a forum and then police coming in and saying ... see he said so.

What's stopping someone from creating a screen name "Spirit Management" and just typing random sh*t about pilots, then ALPA turning around and saying look at all this great evidence we have.
