DL doesn't need us, plus Robin has been saying for a long time that we will grow organically... just ignore the fact they tried to buy VA.

The do need gate space if they want to grow BOS.

Can they push them off the gate? After southwest tried to do the same to them and failed somewhere out west

I highly doubt it. Massport would have nowhere else to put them. Delta doesn't fully utilize what they have now. The far side of the A terminal is empty a lot of the day except for the afternoon international push. They also have more RJs, United and American run more mainline equipment. So if they intend to grow, some of it won't require much.

That's the plan according to Massport rumors. AA/US will consolidate in B1 pier where US used to be. SWA, Alaska, Sun country, everyone else will go to B2 where AA is currently. Delta gets all of A, and a customs facility will be built there. Sky team alliance airlines relocate over there. JB gets back the C40s gates and a connector will be built so they are post security tied into our current gates as well as a good chunk of gates in E.

I think to bigger concern is when the LGA 1500NM limit is lifted after Delta has invested so much $$$ into LGA. I guess we'll just add more flights to Martha's Vineyard, Worcester?
