I'm a senior FO, more senior than you. But for reasons I fly mostly 4-days worth less than 20 hours and 5-days worth less than 25 hours. I also occasionally fly 10 hour 3 days. Also to make the income closer to what my peers make I fly more hours/days than I want. Many in YOUR pilot group are in this same situation.
So what you did wrong was get sarcastic about how many of your fellow pilots lose an extra 2-3 days a month at home with their families, since you are apparently unaffected in your mind. Which is probably not true in the first place for 97% of our pilots.

Do you want a cookie for being senior to me cause that was not the point of it? I agreed with you yet you argue. Don't want them to lose days at all never said that either.......all said i would like more days off like you...but only you can?

Look, some of us had fast seniority progression. The guys hired in the last couple of years, and soon to be hired might be FOs for a long time. The time guys will be junior will be way longer now and in the future. If your only working 12 days, great. No one is trying to take away your seniority. We need to think about guys working 18 days to get 70 or 75 hours. It's about improving everyone's life, not just yours. If you are super senior your quality of life will not improve as much as a junior guy, because it's already good. There is no reason why there are some guys getting 22 hour 3 day trips and then a whole bunch getting a 10 hour 3 day.

Another disconnected response. Clearly you haven't been out lately. It's been a melt down in our operations and it's getting worse. IROPs in BOS on a clear sunny day. EDCTs handed out like candy, sked mods daily with letters as high as F or G. Unscheduled deadheads, and limos all over the damn state. You'll end that long ass day, after 12 hours (14 cause you'll juice it up and extend) to another sh1tty jetblue selected hotel. FA had bed bugs last week, couldn't finish the trip so expect that as well.
Yeah @ss kicked... Jesus man figure it out!

I'm all about seniority and I am all about improving our lives. Are you saying we should all spread the wealth and all do reserve, and work some weekends pick the holiday you want to work just to make it even for everybody. I don't think so.....All I am saying is more days off for all would be exactly how I explained it. I understand seniority and juniority. Many do not.

Are you seriously implying that mil guys don't understand how seniority works? Since you grasp that concept, work on understanding how "unity" works.
