What would be holiday pay? I flew on christmas, and they only paid those hours above guarantee nothing more? i thought it was 200% pay!! i emailed them they said its regular pay above guaranteed.

It's at least 4 hours of Holiday pay. For Christmas for instance, I landed Christmas morning at 1am and was finished for the day....so was credited an extra 4 hours.

Sounds like you're on RSV? It is poorly written ( PEA, FSM, etc). It does say you will get 2X your normal rate for "special days" . Company interprets this as 1X goes towards your guarantee and 1X goes above guarantee.

If you were "lucky" enough to go above guarantee in your normal flying, than effectively you would/should have gotten 2X normal pay rates.

If you're not on RSV, you got hosed.

That was a Noble Gas. The simple truth. They could have kept pace with that small discount.

I love when you point out the many reserve disparities and people say, “Oh, yeah reserve sucks. It will get better with a CBA.” The cumbya airline where no one sat reserve still exists where the reserves eat a steady diet $hit sandwiches. I’ll vote for ANY TA.
