Indeed. They had the best deal in the industry, motivated, non-union frontline emloyees at a small discount. Then they got greedy.

Ok so I’m on year 3 here and admittedly never once checked Rainmaker. Can Rainmaker be checked on the iPad? Can it be checked at home? Where is Rainmaker located? The captains who keep asking me why I don’t check my pay are getting numerous. I also vaguely remember there being some kind of Rainmaker guide somewhere.

Management did this to themselves! The direct relationship stopped working a long time ago , the F/As will be next and I see Tech Ops unionizing in the next few years as well if JB doesn't get their sh!t together.

Its under tools on hellojetblue. You have not been getting premium pay when you were due it. It has happened to me so many times I have lost count. It is in payroll where the true shadiness of this place shines.

If you worked MLK Day yesterday, make sure they paid you holiday pay. I'm still missing it as well as many others I know. Still waiting for them to fix it.

Thank you. Can this be checked at home on the iPad? And my other question is...why isn’t this pay issue being fixed? It would seem that pilots are almost enabling this pay issue, by a certain percentage that do or don’t check pay. If this is a systemic issue, than it needs to be addressed at the root cause. Which starts with payroll. Pilots should NOT have to be accountants on their days off. We already do a lot of unpaid work outside the cockpit. And this issue isn’t really difficult. We get paid by the parking brake. Yes, there are a few variations on this theme but any 3rd grader should figure this out.

I'd hate to accuse the company of dishonesty, but...

I agree with this. Then again, it's happened with every company I've worked for. Always check your pay. They're not gonna find the "error" if it's in their favor. I can only imagine how much they've saved/stole by people not checking.
