Unfortunately in the middle of a 4 day. Wish So badly I could be there!

I just can’t get over my fellow pilots still supporting this company. They care nothing for us and continually spit in our face all the while telling us how good the rain feels.

Company was helping us out so much with that 8% raise weren’t they. I don’t understand how anyone can even remotely be interested in doing anything more than their job.

Once again the short term thinking prevails. How can the company not think that inflight won’t vote for a union when their profit sharing is slashed and there wasn’t a raise in 2018? What does this show the mediator in negations? They made a ton of money on 2017 and they’re way behind in pilot compensation in all aspects. It’s black and white. There’s no magic. They have no rabbit to pull out of a hat.

This is an insult to the pilot group and profession here. It’s time to show unity on 1/31. Patience is gone. Not just about the paycheck but a huge shortfall here is QOL and other issues that add to the stresses of this job. As a reserve Captain I averaged 10 nights a month at home in bed the last two years. Had one LCR in two years. bc of our sh##y reserve rules and scheduling and management. Everyday this contract continues it costs us money. At a time when all airlines are making record profits we should have a contract that shows we are valued employees here and not just another body off the street.

Once again this group is reaping what they have sown. There is a price to pay for poor decisions

They mentioned on the earnings call that inflight got 5% on January 1st.

And an even juicer tidbit- sounds like Baker at JP Morgan is even asking management if they are dragging their feet on a contract. Specifically said "we know where the market is for aviator wages".

B6 Response: We will not negotiate in public.
