Good one. Cujo665 said that every time they've litigated against for reducing voluntary work, the company has won. He also referred to individuals' work history in the same paragraph. He also seemed to have experience in this sphere. Trying to figure out what he meant.

But for a lawsuit to succeed, the company would still have to show evidence of coordination.

I wondered how many people would actually look up the statute.

A few steps are missing.
First the union would attempt and then fail in the eyes of the court to control its members. If this failed only then would the company have an argument that individual pilots are in a wildcat work action.

JetBlue Travel Products Arrives Home With Opening of Its New ‘Inspiration Center’ in Fort Lauderdale
Released : 08/20/2019
-- With Tech Innovation and Customer Service, JetBlue Travel Products Plans to Shake Up the Travel and Vacations Category, Build Ancillary Revenues for JetBlue --
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- JetBlue (Nasdaq:JBLU), the #1 carrier at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, today debuted the new home for its JetBlue Travel Products subsidiary. Based in Fort Lauderdale, JetBlue Travel Products is setting out to make travel easier and more enjoyable with innovative new technology and JetBlue’s award-winning customer service.
JetBlue Travel Product’s new home – dubbed its “Inspiration Center” – is located in the landmark Design Center of the Americas(DCOTA) campus in Broward County, placing it at the center of the region’s booming tourism industry and growing technology and start-up environment.
“Everyone loves to vacation but traveling isn’t always as enjoyable and seamless as it should be,” said Andres Barry, president, JetBlue Travel Products. “From our new home in Fort Lauderdale, we have a chance to shake up the travel and vacations space – much like JetBlue has been doing in the airline industry for nearly 20 years – with innovative and customer-service focused ideas that will make traveling much better than it is today.”
JetBlue Travel Products current offerings include JetBlue Vacations (flights+hotels) as well as other non-air travel products such as travel insurance, car rentals and more. In the coming months, JetBlue Travel Products plans to introduce new travel concepts to its portfolio that will accelerate ancillary revenue growth for JetBlue.

On time performance...not important. Cancelled flights...not important.
Sharp focus.

-" what's JTP been up to?
...for example. In recent months, JTP has trialed no-risk bookings for Vacations Customers, and now offering any adult (21+) traveling as a part of Vacations package a free alcoholic beverage on board"
-----
Wow, that must have been a gruelling 6 hour day for someone to come up with that idea. Can't wait to see what comes out of that think-tank next.
And it also adds to our profit
( or sinks us because there aren't many websites that have flights- hotel- vacations- insurance- car rentals all in one place )

If I'm understanding the new reserve grids correctly, the lineholder/LCR grid looks fairly typical but the SCR grid looks very inflexible. Nearly every day is understaffed right from the initial award. I suppose you can move days to days that are more severely understaffed but that is of limited helpfulness and it will be very tough for guys that are trying to PTO days off.

BUT
There are enough posts on here, BluePilots, and The Potato Farm to easily demonstrate coordination, even though that isn't required to lose the lawsuit. Companies win these lawsuits. Handily. Because web boards and data.

That's actually not true. No evidence of coordination is required. All that is needed is a clear and definitive change in the data pattern.
