I wonder how much longer KAFW Flight Program is even going to be around. Two of the guys that use to fly there were with us for awhile and they were both of the opinion that the end is in sight for the program.

Been waiting to hear back from a couple of FSDOs however I did complete the 10 question telephone interview with the national representative. Appreciate your follow up. I’m hopeful, but I was told since my application they have gotten bombarded with applications in the current state of affairs.

Will do and good luck to you as well. My location preference only had GA available, but I’m excited to head that direction if I’m lucky enough to get the call.
For reference, I applied Through OTS back in March and got the call to schedule the interview at the end of May. They gave me several phone interview schedule options. Interviewed and waiting to hear. Hopefully I get some positive communication soon enough.

Looking for some pay clarification. I was extended a Tentative offer letter (YAY!) and there was a pay line with base pay, adjusted pay, a locality percentage , and a COLA percentage. It looks like locality brings base up to the adjusted, but where does COLA fit in? Is it on top of adjusted or is it baked into the base pay?

Locality Pay (Added to Base Pay) and the “presidential increase“ is essentially baked in.
