We do know the present under the "current arrangement" and know that pay is not being addressed!
This is indicative of a failed system requiring change!
What is your solution?
Inaction?

Depends on where you are on the list. If you're near the bottom, don't forget you can kiss the no-furlough clause goodbye with new contract. This is just one example. A union would ruin jetblue, and it would go downhill fast. Jetblu is a melting pot of pilots who were scr-wed by their companies/unions. Hope they have learned from the past. What a bad time to be pushing for a union. I'm feeling uneasy that my current contract may be void soon...

Ya know I read an email not that long ago from DB. Here is a quote...
"Some Crewmembers may face this decision at some point in their careers at JetBlue. By design, we are the only major airline to be completely non-union. When we designed JetBlue from a clean sheet of paper 10+ years ago, we brought our experience at other airlines to the table and one of the first decisions we made about our culture was to make sure every Crewmember had their own voice. Most of us who came from other airlines believe that a union environment is bureaucratic, and greatly diminishes the ability to move quickly on things ranging from market opportunities to compensation adjustments."
I like the part at the end that says a union "greatly diminishes the ablility to move quickly ranging from market opportunities to compensation adjustments."
How quickly did JB move on making us the lowest paid pilots in the industry? Yeah we all got raises after the pcrb, either 1% or none for some of us. This is THE reason we WILL have a union, because they did not move quickly to take care of us. I read these quotes and its hard to sit there and not vomit in my mouth.

Looks like there is hope for the JetBlue Pilot group.
Not everyone has fallen for the Union fantasy world.
Any of you dreamers care to respond to the questions
posted in the Band of Blue email?
Probably not, since that would require thinking.
So much harder than complaining...

You watch, the minute he gets fired the first person he will run to crying for help is the very union he does not want.
