Pass Benefits at DAL
#71
DALPA does have the company over the barrel with these DCI contracts. DAL pays no matter what. No one knows about it though. Reading this makes you and others realize that if we ever came to a point where a strike was authorized and necessary, there are some major financial disadvantages for the company not to settle asap!

Ok so can the second flight actually be two flights?
i.e. DFW to JFK,Delta only has one flight at 0815 in the morning operated by Comair and you don't get on that one then your next option is DFW-ATL-JFK(LGA)? Would this qualify?
(Usually doing the AA thing to LGA that they do every hour and half)

Per the 10K it is 16 in 2020. This can be amended per the options outlined in this agreement.

Look at page F37 of the annual report. In 2020 ASA is only contracted to have 16 aircraft in operation for Delta. They currently have 141.
Why?
yeah, I know, you're not a management plant.

Once again Slowplay you misread what I said. My point was that DALPA does not determine pass privilege policy. DAL management does.
As I was told by our union we at the present time to not have it in the JPWA as how to determine how the passes are managed and who get on what jets in what priority. That is not a union function. That is what I was told and that is what I wrote.
It was not a rip on ALPA. I think you are just assuming that I have it out for ALPA, which I do not.

I have no idea what you are talking about. I made a simple post about the new policy now being out and that the forum was wrong about the changes. Never mentioned you or anything you posted.
