Since there are no CRJ capt anymore, every one of those people in the jet took a pay cut.

QX Q400 Capt rate $110

This is the rate that they are earning TODAY!

Better Seniority??? Where do you come up with that!!! Senior people coming from the Jet list piling on top of you pushing your overall bidding seniority down, how is that better?

Fish, you are the one living in the fantasy world. If you think the SkyWest CPA is not going to start encroaching in on your little world you are nuts. SkyWest is actively looking for more Alaska CPA, what are you going to do when they start taking more routes from you? You do realize that the routes they are doing now are your routes? QX took them over from AS and now it is SkyWest. It won't be long before they start going to more places for AS. It might just be at the expense of AS instead of QX this next time.

So for $4 an hour you're flying an A320 around for Sir Dick. Man, he's getting a deal.

And, if you consider a $10 an hour paycut a life disruption, how are you going to feel when VX goes out of business?

 

Again the math is a bit fuzzy Fish. The $111 QX megawhacker rate is for an 18 year captain. The $115 Virgin skipper rate is for a 3 year captain. I was making $76/hr when I left qx and am now at $120/hr for 4 year pay. More than $4 bux an hour wouldn't you say.

 

Why do you all even bother responding to his posts. He never contributes anything constructive to the conversation. If you want to go back and forth with the guy just start a thread for it and let the rest of the adults talk without having to listen to all the crap.

When you try to have a constructive conversation with the guy he suddenly disappears, only to pop up a week or so later on another thread to bash VX.

 

Adults? Adults don't sell themselves cheap. Adults know what their skill are worth. A320 Captain skills are worth more than $115 an hour.
