If you can't get a job with a real major go to JetBlue. It's probably better than a regional though not that much. If you have enough time hold out as most majors will be hiring early spring. No need to go through two training cycles. If you don't have the time go to JetBlue and build time.

JetBlue is just a layover on your progress to the real major airlines. It is a stop you might wan to bypass if you can.

Jepps are ship kits, so they stay in the plane and we dont have to do jepp updates

I've read all the rhetoric on here, and I've discussed the pay/benefits with a buddy of mine who has been there since 2007.
I was asking about the kit because someone I know is selling theirs, and it's nicer than my old one. Sounds like its not needed though.
