I saw that........like 5 LGB FO slots......first time I've seen that.....ever.......was more than likely a one time backfill based on LGB FO's transferring back East or upgrading......
I imagine all newhire FOs will continue to be BOS/JFK with an occasional FLL sprinkled in every now and then.....

to take upgrades around the system including in LGB. Welcome to the new norm, 4 year 320 Captains and 3.5 year 190 Captains. We still have to fill 3 more LGB slots by December so new hires may get assigned it. Won't that be a reversal East Coast new hires having to commute to LGB.

We are recieving one per month through the year starting in July, 12 next year and 15 per year after that. One of my class mates was just in Hamburg at the Bus factory 3 321's with Mint tails on the production line. The bottle neck is with Live TV install in Everett Field. Yes there is 1 321 sitting in MCO at the old Live TV hanger but that will be done soon.
It is looking like 320 Captain bid should go mid 1900's senority range. Lot's of growth here unless they can find a sucker to buy some old 190's. Looking like another 300 for next year on the hiring front as well. Good luck to those applying, this is a good place to be.

Part of the reason there have been very few 190 spots in training has been due to a backlog of IOE check airmen. It's been sitting at 6 weeks to get from sim check to IOE and they stopped putting dudes into the plane to clear the backlog. Expect more in the classes to come.

Not sure I agree. I know it's been slow, but they've hired a ton of 190 pilots. So I think the airplane is approaching properly staffed AT THE MOMENT. Future growth is on the bus. So yes the 190 may be out of sync as the junior plane for a bit. But expect it to return to that as people see they can hold a similar line on the bus and bid over.

junior 320 FO line went to 2111. Junior man will be 2393
Senior guy is sept 03 hire junior is march 13
Junior Line for 190 FO went to 2294. Junior man is 2330
Senior guy is a February 07 hire junior is dec 12
I've noticed In The trough months it's not uncommon for the plug to hold a line in mco. RSV goes senior for the most part then trickles down to the bottom.
