The actions of the AA pilots did help them in the 1113 process; yes. However, this is section 6, not ch 11. Not to mention there wasn't an email sent to each pilots AA.Com email, like on our case. Further, this is going to harm spirit pilots doing the right thing, because now all of that stuff flying by the FOM could potentially be deemed suspect.

Quit worrying about consequences and show some sack. It's time to let these clowns know we are not screwing around. If we play by the rules we won't see a contract until 2025. I'm willing to take a hit for the team.

Yes. ESpecially if the judge tells us we have to work on our days off. The deck is stacked against us, so we have to be extra strong.

Do you really think a "real judge" is going to bother getting involved with a little jerk-off airline like Spirit? I don't think so. We really don't have that much of an economic impact. Why do you think we were allowed to strike in 2010? It's because we are insignificant and nobody really gives a **** about us.
