I say that on this forum when you tout the CPP at Xjet here. And, CPP at Xjet does take forever. That is a fact. You deal in psychosis and an alternate reality.

The CPP and upgrade times at Xjet are pathetic. The only thing worse than your CPP is the one promised here at Mesa.

Again, that is totally false! Your lies are out of control junior! I'm beginning to think that you are one of the many Mesa folks we hear on the radio that cant speak English at all. You obviously have quite a comprehension problem!

Funny. You do live in an alternate universe. You can’t even tell the truth about your own regional. You truly are an Xjet FO recruiter.

What is the hire date of the last Xjet pilot that went to United via CPP? What is the hire date of the last Xjet FO upgraded to Captain?

So junior, tell me how long it will take a new hire at XJT to get to United via the CPP? How many are in the pool?

I never said I knew that. You don’t answer direct questions. You obsuficate. You mislead. You outright lie. You are a typical FO recruiter.

You don’t really know how long it is going to take a new hire at Xjet to get to United.

United could cancel the program tomorrow. The E175SC which has only been made public at Xjet could all be a lie and those 25 could all be coming to Mesa for all I know. Or, they may be going to GoJet.

So if you don't know how long then why are you saying it's pathetic? I've given you acurate numbers above.

The upgrade times at Xjet are pathetic. No one, absolutely no one, in the industry has 5 year upgrades. It is pathetic because SGU has basically taken a tact to shut Xjet down.

Actually, the number of Xjet pilots going over to United on the CPP is good - not as good as CommutAir, but a hell of a lot better than Mesa.

Flying jobs may be plentiful, but anything better than a 121 regional still requires a lot of hard work to get hired on with. For those that have an easy transition out of the regionals, they are either a tier 1 candidate, or were at the right place at the right time. I was the later, and still feel fortunate about it. A little decision to not go to a local job fair when I did, I'd probably still be at Mesa or out of aviation.
