That is true, one of the only redeeming features of Mesa is they treat their crews like adults.

With the delay in training, are you able to jump seat around and travel? When do they give you a badge and put you into CASS?

Yes. Should be CASS eligible by end of systems

Do they still require you to talk to the CP or an ACP if you call in sick so you can explain why you're sick? The did that back in 2003-2005 time frame. Basically we were treated like High School Delinquents.

Nope, and if they did I would calmly explain that I am the one who determines my fitness to fly as evidenced by my signature on a release. I also don’t doubt that if you talked to any AME and needed a slip it would be easy. Really the only time it matters is in year one or if you’re in aviate.

We get points ?

Default Training Ramping up?

Long time lurker on this page been with Mesa for a little while still waiting like all the other new hires but word is new sim is up? Could this be the answer to all of the companies training woes? Any of you Senior dudes have insight on what's going on? Also with all these bonuses being thrown yeah it's nice but a pay increase is definitely due. My class was told we would most likely see something January/February But coming fron TSH i know to never believe a regional. Anways Happy New year all any cool pertinent info please share away!

Where did you hear the news about the sim? I remember hearing the FAA wont be out to certify it until March. I hope that your news is true and the sim is up and running.
