Yea republic rates from what…5+ years ago? They’re in negotiations too and I’m sure their new pay rates will be equal to mesa’s pay rate in 2030.

And that cough drop dude is a troll.

We had better than repubic rates in the TA but you greedy greedy (insert chosen pronoun) steeped over a dollar to pick up a nickel begging our master to throw down some sheckls from the glass palace. keep wising all you want the training pipeline is over floweth said our master and the attrition has come to a trickle as people realise there really is no greener pastures than MESA.

This! Mesa is negotiating rates based on regional pay from at least 4 years ago. Shows just how far behind they are.

I’m outta here soon, but I voted no to help future Mesa pilots, if the airline survives.

And if Mesa does not survive, that might help future pilots who might have been considering Mesa.

If Mesa fails it is beneficial to all pilots. The bottom-feeder whipsaw model officially ceases to exist and the rising tide floats all boats. If I were leaving I would also vote no on the way out the door if the opportunity presented itself just because it’s the right thing to do.

MESA will not fail! There will always be a place for MESA there has to be a second chance airline for all of you persons with the multiple checkride failures and washouts from all the other 121 programmes.

it really grinds my gears to think you all think you deserve to be paid like Skybest pilots when you are only here because you washed out elsewhere if you are really so great and MESA is really so terrible then you would leave it’s that simple. Don’t stay here and complain and vote no and drag us all down with your doom and gloom if you think it’s better and you’re so great then move on. But let’s be real with most of yours records if MESA wasn’t here for you it would be out of the 175 and back to the 172 let me know how the pay scale for banner towing or pipeline patrol stacks up to our big bennies and those 300x pennies !

To all my old CAs and FOs. I left last year and picked up a nice little Fed job doing Flight Check. You won’t get rich but, in my opinion, it’s a really good job. Purposeful flying with good people with good, well maintained aircraft. I’d go out on a limb and say great bennies too. They just put out an ad on USA Jobs. Hit me up privately or go into the ASIP thread. It has a lot of info there too.
The job posting closes August 12th.

You are living in LA LA Land. Attrition continues to outpace training by leaps and bounds.
