AQP has always been seen as beneficial. Only at Mesa do we hear of excuses of why it’s not a good thing. At the end of the day it’s not good for the company and the company is just tossing yet another problem onto the backs of the pilots. Literally every single person I’ve flown with is on the way out. All of them. This place will not be in business long enough for someone starting EJET training today to ever fly the plane. I’d put $1000 on it.

Survey finally came in… as a new hire I’m not sure about certain sections so I’d like to observe what the consensus here is. It looks like we can only pick two areas to improve where I thought hourly rates and scheduling would be best.

While scheduling can be improved most gains will come from encouraging adequate staffing.
