I just went through recurrent. As mentioned above, not a big deal. Instead of a LOFT, you'll do step turns 😀

Survey finally came in… as a new hire I’m not sure about certain sections so I’d like to observe what the consensus here is. It looks like we can only pick two areas to improve where I thought hourly rates and scheduling would be best.

While scheduling can be improved most gains will come from encouraging adequate staffing.

Is there any update on a new TA?

Good luck on your payraises. I loved working at Mesa, but the Pay was one of the things making me forced to move on.

Survey should be closed shortly. Then direction is set. It’ll move fast after that but I told you it would take months for a new TA.
