Attrition will be higher on the EJET CA side as most of the "lifers" were obviously here prior to the EJET coming on property, and per the CBA no CRJ CA could bid the EJET.

Therefore the EJET CA side of the house is a much younger group with I'd say all us of planning on moving on in the next 2-4 years.

Another thing to keep in mind- the majors like seeing recent training events - most of those older Mesa CRJ CAs haven't had a major training event since the CRJ came on property at Mesa. That and over 10k of flight time makes them not very attractive to mainline recruiters. Food for thought.

Gonna be some long reserve for some of these junior guys...hope it keeps up though. Min guarantee for a 1 year captain still beats any FO pay. If we have this many upgrades for the next couple months i would bet upgrade time will be a month or so out of training, if not sooner

Only for those with the 1000 hrs 121 SIC time. I'd be curious to know who the junior upgrade is who started here with zero 121 time.

Seeing this bid I am very, very happy the feds got that 1,000 hours 121 requirement in there.

Congrats to the people who made the tough decision to jump ship from whatever airline they were at before to roll the dice on a quick upgrade here--the decision has paid off for some of you!!!
