NOPE!! Crew tracking has ZERO empathy for any of us. I have less than zero for them. They just make-up rules as they go along, without consent of the MEC group.

I see Mesa either going bankrupt again, or downsizing considerably in the next 3 years especially if JO is still at the top. I see considerable dissatisfaction with the group of awesome pilots I fly with. A majority are waiting for “the call” to get out. This is not a happy group.

If I get downgraded, I will make a sideways move for the pay and benefit increase. Think I will go to Skywest to try to be Facebiters FO, so I can **** in his coffee.

Random... Someone tell JO to keep his Christmas email to himself if it's not coming with a bonus. If we downsize I'll end up going corporate or to Eagle. But that won't happen luckily Mesa owns most of our airplanes so a merger is more likely.

Mesa is in turmoil right now. If your trying to commute to work mind as well go home after the third try. The whole system is on its head. Dfw looks life a refugee camp and I am getting a busy signal on the 1800 line. Question is any trips paying 200% yet lol

Huh? United owns our first 30 ejets. The bank owns the others we are getting. The banks own our new CRJs. And leasing companies own most of our other CRJs. I think the only one we actually own is 407. The rest are financed or leased. Maybe we will pay off the loans for them and own them one day. But I don't think it'll happen anytime soon.

From what I saw, we performed worse than any other United Express carrier yesterday, predominantly because we're continuing with this insane plan to staff all the IAD EJet flying out of Houston.
