When I was hired at Eagle in 2010 I was told I would flow to AA in 2 years. The only reason there is a flow now is because of an arbitrators ruling. The settlement was 824 will flow to AA as a grievance settlement. Right now they're about half way through the 824. PSA flows are outside of a ruling. So far Envoy has not flowed a single pilot because of a labor agreement. If Envoy can't hire enough to replace attrition do you honestly think Parker will park brand new EJets to honor a flow in a labor agreement? Not for a minute.

I will believe a flow when I see it. Right now it seems that history is just repeating itself and still finding suckers.
Is PSA not flowing people? No arbitrated agreement, and they are taking delivery of AAG's new heavy RJ's. I have even heard PSA has had a tough time staffing CA's at times. Eagle did not have flow when I was hired in 2007. We have not had flow for 20 years, it was stopped after the flow backs. It resumed again with the arbitrators ruling in conjunction with AA new hire classes . 911/ and age 65 are what caused stagnation. It is a different time with different circumstances. If AAG does not honor its flow, it's regional infrastructure will crumble. A lot of time and money has been wasted to get to where we are today. Outside of a catastrophic event, you can count on the flow working

You where told you were going to flow in 2 years in 2010??? Jummmm I don't know why are you saying that, because the protected pilot settlement was in mid 2011. And a 2010 hire is not part of the 824...

2. I'm a 2010 new hire and the only thing they told me was to expect to upgrade in about 3-4 years. Which, if we have kept the same amount of planes it was going to happen. I'm in the low 1400 and the JR CA in 2011 was about seniority 1750-1850.

So...I call BS on this one. A 2010 hire should upgrade sometime this year and we should flow in about 4 years at the worst case. (Unless they stop the flow of course)

Nah, but I'm guessing Envoy will probably continue parking 145s in 2017 and beyond, not all of them of course, just the oldest ones that were received in '98, '99. United just announced that they will park over 50% of their 50 seaters by 2019, I'm guessing this will apply to AAG as well (or not). The 50 seaters will slowly drift away, at Envoy, PSA and others.

So, where was there ever an announcement mentioned and what became of it?

Do you not remember the email that said that all pilots on property before Oct 2010 would have or be offered AA seniority numbers? Call BS all you want but I know what I was told. When I interviewed I was told of a flow from Eagle to AA. Could that have been BS? Absolutely. But given the past 15 years of the flow carrot being put out there why does that sound so unplausible?

I can't remember a time on here when posters said there was going to be an announcement on a certain day (or even month) and it came true. Real announcements seem to come out of the blue.

Read my post again. Right in the middle you will see "PSA flow is outside the ruling."

You are right. There has not been a flow for 20 years but there has been the promise of a flow. Very much like the sign that says "Free beer tomorrow!" All three of the guys I had lunch with said the flow was mentioned to them as a benefit coming to Eagle.

None. SKW is the only one parking 700s for UAX currently. Edit: not sure what you mean by the ERJ175 piece so maybe I am answering the wrong question.
