I've got my apps out, I used to be a part -91&-135 pilot, I will go back if I get the offer I'm looking for.

I enjoy this job and the people here, I just can't afford it anymore. I thought when Recruiter told me I would have benifits, I did not know at the time that I would not be able to afford them.

There should be no reason why any person shopping regionals right now to even be considering Mesa, unless they just have a horrendous record and can't get hired anywhere else which is pretty much the case now.

I've been with Mesa less than a year. I'm not worried about another training event. I enjoy them and that's actually a plus for me to leave and maybe get another type.

A lateral move might sound strange, but I gotta be looking at how I pay the bills. I don't want to eat into my savings anymore to pay to work here.

Love most every one I've worked with and they have treated me pretty well for the most part, at the end of the day, it's just the bottom line.

When I started I was told I'd have benifits, I did not realize at the time, I would but make enough to afford them.

I did not do my research, I fully admit that, I had a bad Freight Dawg Winter and wanted to try -121 world.

I know that no where is perfect, prepared for that with a little bigger paycheck.

 

Did it ever cross your mind that some of us got hired here when the upgrade train was going strong and the pay was pretty much on par with the rest of the other regionals? No, because your just a clueless new guy who obviously didn't do your homework.
