Nope, because you'll get Valerie and she'll do everything in her power (and in most cases beyond) to make your life miserable and say "no" regardless if your request makes more sense and actually helps the company.

In fact that "no" is already locked and loaded before she answers the phone.

Any advice for getting off for FFDO? Obviously bid it in PBS then trade if possible, but is there anyone to contact for a little help if that doesn't work? And are there any PBS tricks that might help?

Part of the problem with calling is that someone in the long list might have tried to pick up that trip. They can't give it to someone else that tries to pick it up later (first come first serve). So because of their inadequate staffing during this time, no gets the trip that wants it and no one is happy.

Same issue here... More than 24 hours and my requests are still "processing." One of the Captains disappeared from the crew list of one of my trips, so I guess things are slowly moving... at least...
