Same for me, although I still haven't broke the 30 hr mark. I'm consistently mid 20's on the Latitude. Everyone I've flown with is much more positive and happier since the new contract. Flight Managers have been great too, a lot less push back. Although crewfood is still an issue for me. I can't get caterers to include provolone with my turkey/provolone wrap (I know, first world problem). I'm starting to think I'll survive the next 10 years with the new NJA.
You're all welcome to accuse me of being a kool-aid drinking company leg humper, but I'm willing to compare weekly union volunteer hours and picketing attendance.

The only reason to still call my fleet “The Golden Children” is because of the color of liquid CMH seems to be providing.
Yea, not a fan of the IBI.

How about THREE mid tour airlines back and forth between the same city pair inside 24 hours? How about an entire 10 hour day of crew rot at the FBO? How about an immediate Broke Jet Bounce to another airplane after being forced to abort a takeoff? How about ZERO FDPP for the week and STILL going home feeling like you just went three rounds in the Octagon with a UFC champ?

I’d like to know what the fleet averages are by tour. Union won’t give anyone that info. 350/Lat crews have told me 30 hrs. Phenom is doing about 18 hrs on avg. How is it fair that 2 new-hires in the same class will be getting paid drastically different amounts? EOY that’s about $32k difference!
Of course, the union says the fleet averages are the same.

No different than class drops at Delta or Fedex with some going to the 717 ,or 767, and some going to the 757 ( fredex) or 777 and all that intl override, it all eventually evens out , in the meantime the luck of the draw.

Their pay scales actually relate to aircraft size. They all get min guarantee and can CHOOSE to pick up trips for more money.
Once again it’s up to NetJets on whether you make more money or not on the road, you have zero control outside of what schedule you pick.

You are right about size , and the ability to pick up overtime in the form of trips ( if they are available) in the 121 world but we are talking about new hires here who by the luck of the draw are landing or not landing in busy fleets, it is what it is , and not a permanent condition. So far every , and I mean every pilot I have flown with in the XL likes the IBI , YMMV of course. I completely respect the opinions of those who feel otherwise.
