I came up with approx $100,650. Assuming you spend 3 months on the CC72 for training then go to the 7/7 it’s 66k. Then figure about 5% of the 7/7 pay for OT is 2,350 (mine has always hovered around. 5-6%). FDP of $26,600 at 20 hours a tour for 9 months. You accrue vacation so I didn’t figure any year 1. Per diem is $5,700 a year on the 7/7 but would definitely be higher with training, just didn’t have the exact amount. There’s definitely a lot of variables, time to complete IOE, schedules, and luck of the draw with flying it hope this give you some idea on the actual numbers. Health care is huge, I have friends paying anywhere from$500-$800 a month for a family of 4. Some of my airline friends have told me they’d take a $40,000 pay cut not to commute, although I figured closer to $15,000 for commuting expense when I was looking to back to the airlines.

Yes. It's based on the filed flight plan block time regardless of how long the flight actually takes to complete. Some flights you make out, some you come up a little short (think Teterboro to Boston.) FDP is currently $148 an hour regardless of whether it's a revenue flight or an empty positioning flight. The money wheel starts spinning once you pass 10 hours into your tour.
Rounding up, $99 per hour in your pocket, $49 into your 401k. That's in addition to the employee contribution and the employer match, which is currently 58% match on up to 20% of what you contribute.

If the FBO is busy or understaffed early in the morning, Netjets will also reimburse the cost of Uber or Lyft. In fact I always use Lyft to return to the FBO at the end of my tour and mostly use the FBO van to the terminal at the beginning and am always reimbursed the full amount.

Maybe someone on here can let you know which FBO is primary for NetJets, that would be your best bet.
Reimbursing Uber/Lyft FBO/Terminal is something new, they weren't doing that back in 2017 at your home base. Just the $5 tip to the van driver.
Now I think I only used a taxi once and that was when I realized at security I left my company phone in my car at the FBO and the van had just left on a run. So to avoid missing my airline I had to taxi to/from the FBO to get the phone. So it could be they were reimbursing and I just didn't realize it.

AirBear, NJA has always reimbursed taxis then UBER/Lyft to and from the terminal to the FBOs. I moved to CMH almost twenty years ago and as one of 300ish CMH Pilots, I parked in the overflow lot and took taxis to and from the terminal. The only difference is the addition of Uber and Lyft on the scene. Since I moved to another base, nothing has changed. Another nice perk, although many are unaware as they don’t advertise.
Some pay for employee parking as some bases charge, have limited parking, or are eternally short staffed and the wait for the van can be problematic. It’s a matter of convenience/preference.
