Long sleeve shirts can be worn year round. People do this mainly for two reasons. Sun protection, and to hide tattoos. The blazer is an integral part of the uniform. The main hard and fast rule is to wear the uniform when greeting the passengers in the FBO or when they walk up to the airplane. Once they are on board and the door is shut it becomes a bit more lenient. I generally wear mine for the passenger brief then take it off for the rest of the flight...to inlucude deplaning the passengers. If in a hot/tropical environment then (in a non official way) I have found its up to the best judgement of the crew.

I just got the email to continue the interview process, I was also one of those who’ve been in the holding pattern since last year. Things are definitely moving again!

You can order short and/or long sleeve shirts, you pick. As stated above, must greet pax with blazer on unless weather prohibitive (Phoenix in the summer, can't have people passing out.) Some guys wear the blazer a lot. I only wear it to greet pax. It's a pain to carry the blazer to only wear it for 30 minutes cumulative for the week. They pay me to do it, so I will.
