Oh, to be clear, there is nothing you guys can get that will cause me to regret leaving lol (but I really do want you all to get what you deserve). You have 15-20 year NJA captains leaving to go fly 4 legs a day and endure 35 min turns at SWA as an FO. That should speak volumes to everyone on property or thinking about going to NJA, I know it speaks volumes to me...

But you keep bragging in the pilot lounges that more rich people have bought jets, other pilots really love that stuff...

Bragging? Hardly. Pride in my company is something entirely different. As is loyalty-something you have no clue about.

And I'm one of them. A year into it and 0.0% regret. "Loyalty" to NJA...Don't even get me started on the subject of loyalty in either direction there. I saw too many guys go down for first offenses there be it unpaid suspensions or flat out firing. And no, making a file of checking in from the FBO instead of the terminal, or "abusing" the sick system isn't going to cut it. Look at how fasst it went from "rah rah NJA" to picketing. NJA is no better than any airline. Better poised for a financial hiccup, but as a company and the way they view/treat their employees...they are no better. Nothing you have came out of the good heart of NJA, it was bargained and fought for. All of it.
"Thanks for all you do" never fixes anything.

Loyalty is a one way street in this business. Let's not be naive.

Played the frac game for 11 years. Heard the rah, rah speech in long recurrent countless times. I’m sure the the ultra rich group has grown, but NJ’s isn’t about to double in size unless a few competitors cease operations.

But I hope you do as it will mean good times for all.

Been in this business of flying for over 40 years. Naive I am not. My loyalty lies with the brand, my crew, and my union brothers and sisters. Management comes and goes. Seen four different CEOs in my tenure at NJ. Management always gets prickly at negotiation time. Does for every carrier. We will indeed have to provide the motivation for gains in the CBA. May is coming.

Lol I served my country during not one, but two world conflicts. Don't talk to me about loyalty...

You cheerleading for the company keeping you poorer than your peers is some kind of loyalty though, good for you!

Covid was one of the best sales sources for the fracs ever. There have always been lots of people who were rich enough to reasonably use private aviation, but were ok with the airlines. Then they got scared and tried private aviation and got addicted. All the charter and fractional companies have been record busy for the last year and a half and cannot grow as fast as the demand is asking for due to lack of crew and lack of new airplanes. Not every company is making a profit, but the demand for massive growth is there. I believe NetJets will grow quite a bit, but I'm not convinced we will double in size, especially if they don't offer up a lot of money in a new contract. There could easily be enough demand finally, but NetJets management is actively starting to mess it up.
