Buddy was told in Aug he was in the pool awaiting class. He called in this morning and was told they made a mistake and that he was actually only "in the next stage of the process."
Another who thought he was in the pool had his Bobo interview yesterday, got the TBNT today.
So after 3 stages of interview and weeks of delay they tell you you're hired and string you along with uplifting news about the company. Then they spring a 4th interview on you followed closely by TBNT.

Was your buddy wearing a shirt and tie in the skype interview but nothing on the bottom half, then forgot and stood up half way through?
How else can you pass a 2 day interview but fail the skype chat?

Except I'm NOT on here complaining about my company. I only told you it was worse than NJ and showed you why. Yet you are here almost daily crying about NJ, and you don't even work there anymore. What kind of loser does that take?

Why wouldn't they just do the skype interview first, then bring you up to Columbus if they like what they see / hear?

Now they're adding the skype part first for upcoming interviewees, and making the ones who were already hired months ago also do the skype interview as if it was mistakenly overlooked or something. And some of them are now being told TBNT.
I don't think he failed anything. I think they screwed up or changed plans with their hiring. He was over 6' btw. I think they used this added skype interview as an excuse to get rid of some people who don't fit the Phenom.

Interviewed months ago in CMH, made it to Day 2 and was told the following week everything went great and they had good new!!! LOL Congrats!! You have made it into our pilot pool and we will be in touch in the next few weeks with details for the next step...weeks if not months go by and was now told you need to do a Skype interview after already being told your pretty much hired and in the pool...Scheduled Skype interview which lasted 10 mins and was called the next day and told "Thanks but no Thanks" Over 6 feet and fit tested out of the Phenom...Don't waste your time with this joke of a company and move on to something better...Feels like the weight was lifted off my shoulders after that call...Peace Out NJ ✌🏻

Anyone have the gouge on the last round of Skype? The Skype interview that lasted ten minutes.
